Could there be a "follow (name here)" option?
Of course this would have to be approved by the person you are attempting to follow....but this would help clans move together with less micro management.
Thoughts?

Follow, no. But it would also be nice to have a communication feature where you could talk to someone (or leave them a message) if you are within transfer range.
Unless someone's affiliated with a faction, diplomacy with them is very limited.

The strat name will be the same as the character name, so simply go to c-rpg.net and send them a message.

I'm pretty familiar with the c-rpg.net site...where is the option to find players and message them? my forum name is not the same as my c-rpg/strat name.

Forum name is not important.
If you are near the player you should be able to see their name in strat, simply copy this down, go to c-rpg.net (not the forums, you character page) and below your name on the top left you should see something that says "0 messages." Click on it, and on the left enter their character name exactly word for word letter for letter etc, then fill in the topic and message as appropriate.
