Non AI Castle Auto-Accept

Dear Devs, Admins whatever.

We decided to not show up in a Battle and removed every player but 1 from the roster. The site showed that there was only 1 person accepted for several minutes. Still the roster was full, when the battle happened and the thoughts behind it became useless.
The Archive Journal doesnt show that people were removed and it doesnt show that people were accepted later on aswell.
All this is kinda weird and I would like to know how a Non AI castle is able to accept players.

is there anyoneelse there who could change the roster ? cuz I can't see some people's actions on the journals.

other than that, it could be autoaccept. afaik when you don't accept anybody, system autoaccepts people.but you say there was one guy so i dont know about that

There are, but afaik noone did that. Also the Journal doesnt show anything like that. The last accept of a mercenary was at 12 am today.

Don't know if this answers your question but Non-AI Castles will recruit 1 person that applied first to the battle automatically.

Only one person is automatically accepted.

If somehow the list was full, it must mean someone have double-accepted and/or spammed the "save" button.

No, if you do NOT modifiy the roster, you will have an AUTO HIRED roster. The NH guys did it last start. On of their memebers was AFK with a lot of good gear, but he was in no faction and didn't play anymore. So they attacked him and tried to get everyone to sign up for both sides for a fun viking battle. The AI auto-hired 35 people or so for that battle because HE did not.

I guess. Not 100% sure how it works, but everyone knew they were hired before the battle began. IF it doesn't show up in the journal, then ONLY 1 Person is able to do that, THE AI. If done BY a player, it will LIST the players name, even if they quit the faction afterwards.

Thanks for the help and answers.

Switch contacted me on my ts yesterday and said, that when someone accepts/fires mercenaries via the old system on the Strategus Map, instead of the new one in the Battle Section it is not shown in the Journal.
This makes me go crazy, because it means, that one of the rank 5+ guys of my faction did it...  :cry:

All of you are terrible at discussing mechanics and are mostly wrong.  The AI will auto hire everyone who has applied, so long as the roster is empty, up until the full hour and change before the battle, once the reinforcement window ends.  So, if one person applies, and it hires him, it won't hire again, unless he retracts.  The issue is most people don't apply for battles 19~ hours in advance.  In regards to the Afk Raven battle, I think Ravens asked people to apply too late.  However, I asked everyone on the roster to retract and reapply, and the last guy left on the roster to do it 2 hours before the battle.  This left the roster temporarily empty, causing the AI to hire everyone who applied once again, which was 35 or so this time.
