Just lower the crime rate again, because ... wow, I understand what a guy is talking about when he lost all his troops because he stayed in a town. How can we buy goods if we get our troops+gold slaughtered like that.
Also note that a lot of towns have 0% crime rate, so, it's not working as intended.

Why? Its alright at the moment.
Those 2 are just fiefs where people did not trade that much.
When the crimerate is down to 0% it just means that there were people using the S&D in there.

You know how crime works algarn?

It will fix itself in time and force factions with huge amounts of fiefs to have huge amounts of active players. Working as intended I'd say.

78 % of chance of loosing a guy per minute ... Stay here for 2 hours, and loose 120 guys, stay a night and loose 480 guys. But if you think it's ok ... locking thread.
