Where character is stored?

Hi!
So I have a question. What happens when I remove my game or CD-Key gets banned? Does I loose all my chars? Iam asking, because game has no any multiplayer login or so and basicly crpg chars are uniwersal to those vanilla multiplayer which require no account.

They are linked to your serial key and stored on our servers. The ingame profile name and serial key need to match to use a character.
