Pretty much just completely spamming the chat for a LONG time on eu2 with bs, took just a few screenshots. I don't really mind if ppl type some bs to the chat but if you spam it so nobody can read anything else unless they mute you it get's kind of annoying. Just check the logs, u will see a lot of hes rambling in there.
