[Ban Request] Byzantium_Dieler

Hello, i was playing with my skip the fun thrower on the eu_crpg_4, and i was throwing jarids to somebody when dieler came to stole the kill and i keep throwing the enemy and accidentally hurt Byzantium_Dieler with my last throwing lance. And  before i can say sorry, he did that :

This is intentional teamkill, and i don't like this kind of behavior so i request a ban for him.

Dieler had no right to be mad, your throwing lance probably glanced on his STR tincaness anywayz.

ehm  yea.... u see, i killed an enemy.... and i thought that he is also an enemy, because of banner bug.... or maybe i just didnt see it....

well i wanst there, but as far as i know dieler (i know him now a longer time and also he is a applicant for the nations.cup.team-germany) i cant really believe that he did it on purpose...
we all know about the banner.bug and maybe its true > he didnt got warned or baned once before ... so hopefully you just warn him and its done...

anyway i give my shirt for that man
