Issue with Crates/weight

Yar, I just transferred all my stuff away (some goods, some gear and some troops) and went from 128 crates to... 128 crates. my move speed went from 5 to 9 (i went from 49 troops 1 horse to 1 troop 1 horse) so it seems to register my horse bonus... but it seems to think i have tons of weight despite having nothing but a horse and 1 troops.

also, when i had quick march with all this, i had 20ish speed. the fellow i transferred it all to... has 56 speed after i gave him all my stuff... and he has exactly the same stuff i had and nothing additional.

yeah, its all kind of messed up right now.  I am not getting any horse move bonus anymore with 1 rouncey and 1 troop and no gear or goods.  Moving at 26.73 m/minute on open plains.  Was almost 50 yesterday - 26 is what i moved without a horse. :( 

Just got fixed moving at 44.55 now :).

I had 117 crates, transferred 95% of my stuff away and still have 117 crates.

I think having 0 troops is the problem.  If you had 1 it would be ok?

You have more troops than crates. Slows you down.

Hmm..just sold all my trading goods and I still have a bunch of crates. I had 7 when I sold my goods and have since gotten 4 wolf pelts, and now have 8 crates :\
