I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.

Constructive Criticism:

1. Don't be hypocritical. You used your admin chat last night to tell other players not to insult one another while doing the very same thing yourself. Just because you dislike LLJK/USA doesn't mean you can be a hypocrite about it. Look at SeQuel, he loathes to his inner core but he still tries to be fair.

Despite popular belief I actually really like LLJK and USA. I've played with you lot on several different games and for the most part you are fun to play with (with some exceptions). The issue of hypocrisy was in regards to a_bear_irl I assume. The reason he was warned was that he insulted a player absolutely without provocation while spamming chat. It's true that I should have give him some leeway, but everyone makes mistakes. I will try better in the future.

Badmin implies a bad admin. I disagree. Criticism: maybe use more of the purple text before doing something, pretty much just the time where votes were removed, it would have been nice if the reason had been given beforehand. But nothing major.

You should play more on official servers perhaps. Those community servers are bad for you. Like cigarettes and excessive drinking. (Which I'm assuming you quit since you told me you would.)
