[Strategus] Economical policies for fiefs

(1/2) > >>

Reinhardt:
So, this thought came into my mind just a little bit ago:

Why not have economical builds for fiefs?

Kind of like Medieval 2: Total War

Since fiefs produce a set amount of money and troops:
Side A: Has more fiefs than side B, therefore meaning if Side A waits to attack Side B, then Side A has the number and gold advantage naturally, which makes sense.

But why not make Strategus fiefs more strategical by adding several new options for how many gold/troops you get by making economical policies? Such as the following:

Military policy: Produces almost all troops and little, but enough gold to pay for those troops.
Trade policy: Produces almost all gold and little troops.
Economical policy: Produces an even number of troops and gold, 50/50.

So on and so forth with more economical builds.

Discuss.

ManOfWar:
Makes a lot of sense

Gorath:
Rough draft idea, and I like it.
+1 from me... (but I voted HATE YOU!)

Reinhardt:
Short and sweet, and would also balance out Strategus a bit.

Baggy:
I like it(Yes)
