i cant join strat

Hello, my name is Artagnan_of_Haven. This charachter is my main. Every time i try to join strategus sight it says i have to make a main. I have remade my main about 5 times, deleted all other chrachters, and so on. Still, the issue presses on. Please help.

other question,
which internet browser you are using?
Strategus doesnt work on a few.
