since getting the character page eye candy i have been unable to change peoples ranks (and yes im rank 10). just figured id share that bug as well

Only time I'll ever use IE is when it's explicitly stated you have to use IE, or implied. Like with Microsoft products like CRM or sharepoint.

Same with us, the guy whose trying to change ranks has eye candy as well. Bug with eye candy.
