Closed Requests / Ban request: Utri

Today Utri played on the official DTV server. Then he shot the virgin with his arrows multiple times and a bit later someone made a banpoll. The poll was accepted but before he left the game. A bit later he came back. Then, I made a second banpoll. It was accepted too but again, he left before. I don't know if he is banned now but if not, ban him please. There are some players who were there too.

cRPG Technical problems / Servers are lagging?

I have 25 to 35 ping but it is still lagging. Are the server lagging since an update or what is it? I know how lags feel like and I experience it now on each server somehow...

Edit: On a normal native server with 45 ping there are less lags than on the cRPG servers. :/

Strategus General Discussion / Strat gold and cRPG (DTV) gold

I just noticed I get strategus money for playing DTV too. But how is this calculated? Are 10% or less of the cRPG gold is strat gold?

If you have a few characters turn some of his exp in free exp. This free exp can be used to level alts for a gold price. The more exp you turn the more you must pay. The character with the withdrawn exp must pay then. Quite simple, maybe something can be changed but this was just basically the idea I had...

General Discussion / How to play cRPG with steam?

I just had problems with the mod so I reinstalled the non-steam version to play. I know that this is because of the new Warband version but are you able to play cRPG with steam somehow? There will come a hotfix I know that, but can you already play the steam version? I wanted to make some screenshots...

Well, I have a big problem: I can't install cRPG... I just had problems with my sound so I deleted every thing from Warband and tried a whole reinstall. Now I can't install cRPG anymore. It can't access a file from the temp folder but it doesn't even exist. I couldn't find it... I think I need a rar package or something similar, in which the whole mod is included so I can just unpack it to Warband. On MBrepository the mod seems to be outdated (version 0.240 to download). Otherwise I don't know what I could do.

Realism Discussion / Slower if you are wounded

My suggestion is not too long, it's just simple: If you are wounded you are getting slower. It's unrealistic if you only have 1% hp but can still run like the wind... I think it's more realistic to get slowed down if you are wounded. Not much slower but at least a bit... You should still be able to fight. ;)

General Discussion / Browsers and the website

A long time, I had (still have) problems with the website. It needs so freaking long to load things (5 seconds to load a battle window from the list) and I don't know why this is (It's not my internet). I already asked but I didn't really get helpful answers. Now I tested the website with the Internet Explorer. And there the loading times are short enough, that's perfect!

But: In the Internet Explorer everything is fucked up. The letters are almost transparent, the character tab is almost transparent, the "Forum", "Donate" and so on-things are "behind" the character tab, the stats are all listed downwards... And yes the website was completely loaded, I even CTRL-reloaded it. But it didn't change anything... I made two pictures but I can't post them because they aren't uploaded so I can't give links...

What can I do, I just want a correctly running website with fast enough load times.

I had it for many days already: I have no sound... I don't know why but it's annoying. My speakers are on, in the options the sound is turned on but i don't hear anything ingame...
Why not?! Someone ingame told me it might be a bug from Warband itself but I don't think so because other mods have sound too... And cRPG had sound.

General Discussion / Respec doesn't work

Somehow respec doesn't work... I wanted to switch my class but if I type my password and click "Respec" it doesn't load my new charactersite but just a "Whoopsie". Is this a bug?
