Mercenary Recruitment / Expert siege engineer for hire

I'm charging 50k crpg gold per battle I fight in. I can aim a catapult like no ones business and drop walls like a champ. All I require is a spotter to pull the trigger and tell me how to adjust.
In addition I was the first place winner in the inaugural LLJK catapult racing competition.

Strategus Issues / Troops lost due to not being able to join the appropriate team for a battle

Saturday I had a scheduled battle against a member of the Shogunate, Katana Samurai. My mercenaries were there but none of them were assigned to a team (they just remained spectators, even though they could choose to spawn with the gear I had bought for them), and Katana Samurai was a no show. As such, my team auto lost the battle and I lost my 15 brave troops, despite the battle being a guaranteed win (even more so since Katana Samurai didn't show up to the battle at all, or even hire any mercenaries). If these 15 brave electronic souls could be returned to me I would be forever indebted to you.

I joined the NA_2 server and found these 3 people just squatting on a round indefinitely. I personally watched two of them sit on the flag for at least 6 minutes while the timer was at 0. As soon as I joined the server Quentry dropped to spectator though, however since he was alive during the round he was still collecting gold/xp ticks.

Strategus General Discussion / Test Siege Discussion

My thoughts after sieging the castle tonight:
- There need to be more construction material storages, I'd say at least 3 but maybe as many as 5.
- Catapults are pretty radical
- Siege towers are useless on any sort of slope
- Siege equipment can sometimes spawn in the ground making it useless as you can't use it and it counts towards the cap on available siege equipment you can have
