Today there has been a really low population on EU servers. Everyone knows why.

Can you remove the fucking shitty retarded balance changes?  I really want to play, but its impossible with this shit.
How come everyone wants to fuck this game up, over and over and over?

Revert back to 2012, game was perfect then. Population was at its peak.

Stop killing the mod. All the "devs"  keep trying to fix what isnt broken, and fucking it up.

General Discussion / Would you play conquest on permanent 2x ?

I really like conquest for the gameplay, the big problem is the effect it has on the server community due to the multi system.

People dont want to play for 30minutes on a 1x. This is understandable, we all want a different system.
Yet this might take time and who knows when it will happen.
I dont know if its possible to make this work, but id like to know what people think.

So i would play conquest if i got a permanent 2x no matter who won or lost. Maybe valour is allowed to work, maybe not.

For me this would make conquest fun and relaxed, no pressure and stuff just pure mayhem. While you still gain decent gold/exp.

What do you think?

The server dies. No one wants to play for hours on a 1x multi.
Its friday evening and the server had 1player at around 22:30, instead of the usual 60-80players.

If you want to test a new "kewl" gamemode, please do it on a separate server.
And let those of us who want to actually play,  play.

4.The guy, who is a thrower had a couple of teamhits against me over a few rounds, nothing biggie. Then he throws 3 straight spears in the back of my head while im fighting and kills me, in the middle of a wave of bots.
He then types out lol in chat and after me asking about his mental state denies he killed me at all.

4. This guy powehouse starts to kick me when im firing arrows on a wave of bots, so i start reporting him, he then slashes me with his weapon and stops once his reportcount hits 4/5.
Then Powerhouse and xXUniqueXx starts to jump and stand in front of me while im trying to fire arrows in an obvious attempt to make me teamhit them.

Powerhouse then leaves and returns as Blacktry and keeps up the standing and jumping in my face,  then they both resort to teamhits and outright teamkills against me.
I once teamkills one guy when he jumps in front of me while shooting, and then his friend immediately kills me.
This has kept up for at least 30minutes now,
This Arkhed guy randomly teamkills everyone all the while, and chat makes it seem like they are doing this together.

5. I think the offender/offenders wanted to troll a bit for fun, i cant think of any personal reasons since i did not recognies any of the names.

General Discussion / EU2 is insanely laggy at the moment

It feels like playing with extremly high ping, jerkiness and slowing down or speeding up. Alot of ghosting and weirdness.

This is just not affecting me but alot of people were complaining in the chat ( i have had smaller problems whole week but this is extreme)

If you also were affected  write here and confirm,  if you know anything about the reason why please share.

First:
Miaodao has:  115 weapon lenght, 2.7 weight, 96 speed, 42 cut damage.
Highland claymore has : 117 weapon lenght, 3 weight, 92 speed, 43 cut damage (22 pierce on stab)

These weapons are close in weight and lenght and cut damage, yet the miaodao is alot faster. Highland claymore costs 4.5k gold more

Second:
Miaodao has:  115 weapon lenght, 2.7 weight, 96 speed, 42 cut damage.
Two handed sword has: 110 weapon lenght, 2.2 weight, 96 speed,  38 cut damage (22 pierce on stab)

Now these two weapons have the same speed, despite twohanded sword being shorter and lighter. The miaodao does alot more damage and costs 400gold more.

All the greatsword weapons are in the 120-124 weapon lenght range, and their speed is 90-93, weight is 2.5-3.5.

The shorter longswords and bastard +katana swords are in the 95-106 range, speed is 99-101, weight is 1.5-2.0.

I think either the miaodao is too fast for its lenght and damage, or the twohanded sword is too slow and has too low damage for its range and weight.
The highland claymore is slow and short, but gets that sweet cut damage. But speedwise its 4 speed slower than miaodao despite only having 0.3 more weight and 2 more range and 1 more cut.

So what is my problem? My problem is illustrated in my two examples of "middle swords"  The relation between stats are out of balance, making the twohanded sword one of the worst weapons, and miaodao one of the best. 

So buff twohanded swords damage and/or speed, its a fucking shitty weapon atm and hardly anyone uses it.
Or "balance" the miaodao in line with the other weapons.
Highland claymore could remain where it is.


I neither own nor use any of these weapons for the record, but i would like a reason to use the twohanded sword.

Suggestions Corner / What if wpf increased chamberdamage?

Would that be a good way to promote higher skill in WM? I think most people dont chamber or rarely chamber due to poor risk versus reward.
What if having wpf over a certain point gave you a noticable bonus to chamber damage?

I think it sounds kinda cool, it would certainly make me try to chamber more often.
Say having 150+ wpf would give ya 150-200% dmg on that hit.

But would it make combat more skillfull or just make higharmor spammage even more viable?
Most higharmor players have relatively low wpf, so it might not make any difference to them.
While light/medium/ armored players would get a bigger benefit.

Suggestions Corner / A way to reduce blockstun

I think it would be a nice buff to Weaponmaster, if more ranks in that skill reduced the chance for a weaponstun to happen.
So a high wpf, say over a certain point to make a big investment worth more, would severly cut down the chance for a stun.

A "weaponmaster" ought to know a trick or two for blocking a heavy weapon without getting the full force of the impact.
This is mostly aimed towards 1h without shield, since thats the only situation i have had problems with this.

Or would that make light 1h weapons too imba?

General Discussion / Conquest maps on EU2

Could we please have them removed or fixed from the map rotation? They are really unbalanced atm, and bugged as well making it impossible to even spawn or win or anything.

It would be better to only acess them when an admin is on the server and can restart/change maps when a bug occurs.

It is really frustrating to wait 30minutes to play (or longer)

Way way too long to run for attackers.

Only one ladder and one backdoor, and the backdoor is even longer to run for.

Once up on the walls there is only one way down, or a long run along the wall.

Its alot of running and not very much fighting, and most of the fighting occur around that ladder,

My suggestions are , shortening the attackers run, adding another ladder or two, or maybe a siege tower, and adding some form of ladder on the inside of the walls. Creating more access to the courtyard
