With Ras mentally unstable and making rage threads about OKAM it made me wonder why Heskey haven't showed up to post in them. With threads like these you'd think Heskey would've made an appreance by now, heck even Ras calls out to him to respond.
So with all this fuel why haven't Heskey showed up yet. Maybe, perhaps just maybe, Ras KNEW Heskey wouldn't show up and went ahead and slandered him anyways to make it seem as if Heskey was avoiding the thread altogether. I feared Ras might do something rash soon but what if he already has and what if the first victim is Heskey? The only piece of evidence we have of Heskey being alive is a private conversation between him and Ras. Which might be a complete lie from Ras trying to hide the fact that he put Heskey in the ground.
Can anyone confirm Heskeys safety?
Speaking of disappearances how can we be sure chadz really is in China or is alive at all. Thinking about it wouldn't chadz have made an appearance by now with all these harsh allogations thrown against him, but perhaps he too fell victim to Ras. It is entirely possible the communication people have had with chadz is in fact just sockpuppet or proxies of Ras made to conceal chadz's murder.
So it leaves us asking, how many people have fallen victim to Ras' murder spree?

EU (Official) / Ban Barabe_Odysseus_XIV and DRO_MrOtto

BAN REQUEST FORM:
1. Name of your character involved: Russian_Paratrooper
2. Name of offending character(s): Barabe_Odysseus_XIV and DRO_MrOtto
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: Battle started like 21:17 GMT so maybe 10 minutes in or something (EU3)
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: I was playing as a defender for a strat battle (http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=strategusbattlesarchive#!?page=strategusinfobattledetail&id=1242) where we initially fought 2v5 against the attackers. Me and a NA mercenary fought in peasant gear against the full plate attackers but we managed to keep killing them and pick up the flags, the NA guy even managed to single handedly destroy their forward spawn. Seeing as they had no chance against us DRO_MrOtto pollbanned the NA guy which would've passed if Oguz wasn't such a bro and pressed 2 (Sadly Oguz left shortly afterward). Now it was 2v4 and we felt that soon we could cap their flags until Barabe_Odysseus_XIV decided to pollban me when I was outside their wall threatening their flags and this one did go through with 66% voting yes meaning the ENTIRE ENEMY TEAM (4 players) voted 1 to ban me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: Because they had no chance to cap that town especially after Oguz left and we destroyed their forward spawn. They had attacked the city thinking there would be no one defending as it had been the case in previous sieges against UIF/SG but when they came to the realization they were going to be beaten by 2 peasants and lose 1630 plated troops to boot they simply resorted to cheating. They wanted to win no matter the cost.

Honestly the entire enemy team deserves to be banned as every single one of them took part in banning us (except for Oguz who saved the ushallnotpass from getting banned).

Diplomacy / Sultans Guard attacking Scum of Caladria without provocation

I was passing by Ibiran to make my way to villages with loomed gear, I noticed the ongoing battles around the area and all the skirmishes but since none of that concern me I just ignored it and moved on. Then out of nowhere this 220 unit Sultans Guard army led by Sguard_Btr_Rekt attacked me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for it could've been a honest mistake since I was passing by a warzone and they might've caught me instead of an enemy army. But as time passed it was clear that they intended to fight me even though they had no equipment wasting my (and probably their) time.
I am a member of the Scum of Caladria and we are neutral to everyone as of now, but due to this malicious attack we now reconsider that position UNLESS we are compensated for this with a hefty sum of silver OR a reasonable amount of goods. I, a reasonable dwarf, would much rather prefer silver and valuables over the complete destruction of your ignoble people but if you weasels don't take responsibility for your unjust actions you leave me with no choice but to unleash Panos.
With us under his command he will lead our armies sweeping across your land burning everything in sight and turning every village we capture into a concentration camp for the turk smell. Now as aforementioned I want to PREVENT this from happening as I am a peace-loving dwarf, but Panos is growing restless and if he is to unleash his wrath then you better start praying.
I expect a PM from one of your representatives.
