CN / Why i got perma ban ?

Why do you guys get angry when i ask you "How you afford buying games ?" or "If i feed my dog with Chinese people is that okay for you ?" ? Actually playing with 400 ping is tricky so i can teamkill by mistake. Don't be angry guys. Okay we all not eat every animal we find like cro magnons or we don't give our hours for a dollar but we still have somethings in common. Like ... you make stuff for really cheap , so we can buy stuff cheaper !

Strategus Issues / Stuck in Faction

Me and few more people stuck in faction called "Burg Krems" , leader is inactive so we didn't know that and send applies to that faction and we stuck (until we got accepted we don't have "leave" button). Please help us.

EU (Official) / Intentional Teamattacks Ban Splinter_the_Ratman

BAN REQUEST FORM:

2. Name of offending character(s) Splinter_the_Ratman
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible Eu_1 01:30 pm
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. We just spawn and Splinter_the_Ratman teamkilled Adalric_the_Fearless. (btw ban poll was unable) this guy teamattacked me in next spawn and i killed him. (We did lots of Ctrl+M but he just rejoin the server). And he kept doing that until map changes.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* I think he hate Krems for some reason or he just find it's funny.

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. There is a bug in EU7 server and we need ranged kill for last mob. And random guy miss like 8 or 9 shoot with xbow then i just hit HaltingBlooper -it was joke and if this guy ctrl+m or open kick poll i would say sorry- and suddenly Dominiqua_the_Wandarer open kick poll for me , HaltingBLooper didn't even Ctrl+M but i get kicked because his random poll. While this happening other guys were punching each other in base. I came back and open Ban poll for Dominiqua_the_Wandarer for his random poll. Then RodII_the_Only_Mongol -who TK me randomly and get ban or kick few times with polls by me- told he gonna get me ban. He gonna probably pick some random ss.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* I don't like leechers and intentional teamkillers in EU7 they probably mad because I open kick poll for leechers everytime i saw them. And RodII_The_Only_Mongol (Old nick is RodriqueII probably) get banned because Teamkilling me third time intentionally by poll. And he thinks if he add some lie and some liar witness to this drama he thinks he is able to get me ban. And I wish i had couple SS of his Teamkills and their AFK leeching.

Also what happened before and after. : I was playing on EU7 when i had high ping , so i attacked bots while they are spam killing bots in shield walls then i get killed - bam first kick poll by Guner_Zulkarneyn_Cavlaki , then ban poll by Loris_ when i join server.

I opened gates last 20 seconds for go outside and make attackers busy. So we won and he opened kick request after that.

XyNox kicked me intentional when i was running from enemy (we was 3 at team). And he just waited for his 'duel' (On Eu4)
I just hate 'duel pls' guys on eu4. This happened in EU4 and July 21, 2013, 11:05:02 pm.
