Wir sind eine deutschsprachige Community und rekrutieren neue Mitspieler die für gemainsame Aktivitäten zu begeistern sind. Bei uns arbeitet jeder mit, wenn es um den Aufbau und die Verteidigung der eigenen Burg geht.
Falkenwacht ist kein plündernder Haufen, jedoch scheuen wir uns nicht davor zu den Waffen zu greifen um unser Reich zu verteidigen und wenn nötig zum Gegenschlag auszuholen.
Egal ob LIF Neuling oder Veteran,  wer die Arbeit und den Spass in luftigen Höhen nicht scheut, der wird hier seinen Platz finden.

General Discussion / The "save server pop" day

Hey, i came up with an idea, maybe someone had it i dont know - you can tell me and shout at me if so.

How bout once a month or week (sunday , saturday) ppl come back to EU1 and EU2 (different times) so you can play both modes, it would be like 2hrs this and 2hrs this.
Prefereable on the evening.

You dont remember the glorious days of slaughtering and killing each other like i do?

General Discussion / cRPG Steam Workshop o/

Hey, i just saw that midweek madnes on steam about M&B:W again and there was that steam workshop showing up, and as seen, Mount & Blade Warband has its on steam workshop now!
Thats really great for soo much mods out there - maybe making moddb quite low. But also can we somehow insert cRPG into it?

I guess you cant really just upload the cRPG launcher - you can actually / or someone ~ maybe me :-)? can upload his cRPG version all the time when its getting updated - which is bad for banners, so that is invalid again.

So is the launcher enough in the steam workshop?

Casue TW is having too much problems and its just annoying when the battles are starting without the server - just stop it completely for now til its fixed? For the sake of XP and proper battles!

Heyo, after i recognized that pretty much ppl are still using the "vanilla - big as fuck font" i want to show you how to change it. (Maybe General Discussion isnt the right place, but it isnt a guide either)

First i want to let you see how normal fonts are looking compared to the smaller / not half your monitor taking font.

Thanks for Dark_Blade for screens (had the same resolution) and i was to lazy to switch my fonts  :mrgreen:
Dont mind the Graphics and so on - just look at the fontsize , its ridiculous isnt it?
Specially on high resolution and big monitors its "spamming" half of your screen, its annoying as far as i can tell.

Basically; You see more and have more informations about what has happened on your screen, its a pleasure to read it like that, not like the big ass fonts.
Its also sizeing down the time, money, teamnumbers, multiplier - EVERYTHING.
Even more helpful on smaller monitors most of the time.

Its rather easy to explain;
Go to your M&B:Warband folder - either steam or normal - in the main folder (no mod folder) there should be a data folder.
Click on the Data folder - then you should see "font_data" - Open it with something you can open it with (i use EditPad Lite, should also work with open office and other stuff)

The second line is important;
Default: <FontData width="2048" height="1024" padding="10" font_size="70" font_scale="100" line_spacing="100">

You have to edit the "font_size"
Mine: <FontData width="2048" height="1024" padding="10" font_size="98" font_scale="100" line_spacing="100">


You can do it in another size, you just need to test it for abit - the higher the size , the smaller the font (weird).
Hints: If you want to test around with it, you need to go 2 numbers up to have progress / also begin with "90" , if its too small for u, u need to go down again like; "84"


Hope its helpful and some of you guys will use it - i recommend it.

How often have I heard this... I stopped counting a long time ago.
Too many times my swordsisters and shieldbrothers emerged victories from "foredoomed" battles.
Too many times we protected each others backs, fought alongside each other.
We did not even think about carrying the same banner to a battle.
Yet, here we are;
Those I considered Soldier, those I considered Warrior, are now my brothers and sisters.
I trust them with my life, and I know they will give theirs to protect mine.
We stand side by side, shield by shield, an enemy to force us to our knees has yet to face us.
We fight as if we are one...

The Blood Legion was founded 16/11/2013, the initial idea was to create
a fun-clan which was born during a period of boredom.
Due to an unexpected number of interested people we realised, that
turning this fun-clan into a real clan, active on the public servers as well
as on the strategus map.
Within ~24 hours we had thrice the amount of players than the 2nd
clan listed in the "New" section of all clans. It was then when we decided
to make an actual thread for the forums, think about a nice banner and
get our own teamspeak channel.
