Strategus Issues / Cant buy goods

Cant buy goods in villages, it just says "bought!" at the top of the screen.

The villages were not under attack and I have tried this in two different villages.

You get XP per minute based on the total value of the armies equipment or something, you don't get gold, you get silver (strat money) based on however much whoever hired you wants to give you. How much you ask for has little to no effect on this.

To check if you got paid you have to view your archived battles from the c-rpg.net battle

It was a pretty fun battle, it felt like the gear was pretty equal except that GFORCE had more of it; I thought I saw defenders spawning without arms or clothing at the end.

At the end of the day Hospitaller was making fun of a kid with a speech impediment and then lost in the ensuing battles.

I strongly believe that the Devs, should set some rules regarding pseydonyms.

You need to set some rules, before something like this happens


IMO, someone playing for the defence using a pseydonym, opening the gates and trying to harm the defence, is fucking awesome, BUT on the other hand, you just can`t piss on the face of all the people who spend time on strategus.

Thats why we need some rules about it.

Discuss please.

As BlindGuy said, you only have a pseudonym in the battle.   Your scenario would be possible even without pseudonyms.

The point of pseudonyms is to allow people to join in a battle without starting a fuss. "HEY WHY DID YOU MERC AGAINST US IN THAT LAST BATTLE? NOW ITS WAR!".

And again for Nyu, AI fiefs don't care about much of anything and not having pseudonyms wouldn't prevent that problem.

It also announces you if you have purple text. But again, you can turn that off. It's just a pain in the ass to do if you are doing it a lot.

Anonymous sign ups are great because you can fight without people accusing you of betraying alliances or ~non-aggression~ pacts simply by being a merc.

Honestly the plated charger is shit, because of the look of the model. The horse has a lot of hp, but without armor they are extremely easy to take down. So they are basically only good effective against ranged weapons.

Thing is pikes and long spears also frihtfully expensive and most of the longer polearms.  So most of the hard counters to cav are nonexistent or very rare in most fights.  So rouncey riders will have more free rein than you hing.  Stakes will almost never appear until people have more discretionary funds.

Bamboo spears are cheap, and fauchards can work in a pinch if you are fighting rounceys.

Spawning 100+ champion plated chargers on our private server was pretty hilarious.

Bring back ladderpaulting and add roving bands of marauding feral and unrideable plated chargers.

I honestly don't think half of the community wanted this rubbish with assigning equipment to players. The devs increased micro-managing when I think on the whole the community wanted it lessened.

They may have increased micro managing but only for battles, and this is something i've been looking forward to for a long time. Too often people just take whatever gear they want, despite leaders saying "HEY DONT TAKE THAT PLATE!"

This plus anonymizing battle rosters goes a long way to increase the ability to hire mercs rather than relying on your own soldiers. Maybe not helpful for large clans but small ones that can't make up the entire roster every battle benefit from this the most imo.

Horses are a force multiplier and are pretty shitty to use with things like ladders on the ground and wooden stakes. Alone, horses are pretty easily hard-countered.
