Exactly. If you're on the field getting pounded with rocks, swords, clubs, what-have-you, it doesn't matter who is standing at the end; everyone is going to need to fix something. Armor will be dented. Straps will be cut/broken. Blades will be notched. Repairs for all. I like it.

Greetings,
I am interested in joining the ranks of the Templars.
I have only recently stumbled upon the glory that is c-RPG. I have not played in Strategus, but have spent some time in the battle servers and have enjoyed it thoroughly. I've played Mount & Blade Native for a little over a year now.
I've recently created Mohrgann (spelled differently than my forum name) and intend on running 1h/shield, with a secondary in polearms.

I like the practice lance in native. Blunt damage, good range, can couch or jab with it. Don't know about multiplayer, though.

You can replace the default arrow hit sound (mp_arrow_hit_target.ogg) with a different ogg file that is louder. Either use something you've made, or find a sound you like that you don't hear often that's already in the sound file. It will be in your Warband\Sounds folder.
