Title: Reset NA 3

Na 3 is laggy in duel mode and strat battle mode.  I think it is not being reset and should be fixed.

I witnessed dupre reset it not even 2 days ago. I'm afraid the problem lies with cRPG itself, and not NA_3 specifically. Just be glad you aren't over 60 ping like some of us poor folks.
