Here's my suggestion to make it somewhat useable and more like an actual estoc:
CURRENT STATS:
Speed: 98(99 at +3)
Length: 107
Weight: 1.7
Stab: 30p(33p at +3)
Swing: 30c(33c at +3)
Suggested stats:
Speed: 98(99 at +3)(maybe make it a bit more since the stab will be the only useful bit
Length: 115 or more
Weight: 1.9(to represent the increased length)
Stab: 36p(39p at +3)
Swing: 12b(14b at +3)
this would make it more historically accurate, and it would make a fun "niche" weapon where you can run around stabbing people. Estocs were also commonly used on horse back after a lance broke so you could also use this as a back up weapon if you're using a great lance to keep riding and stabbing people.

until the new patch is out the estoc will be unplayble :P no matter what they change, the stab is just retarded
-
You want to change the length? Go make a model. The stats of a weapon that is all about an animation that's going to be changed soon, should not be altered now.
-
Dunno how it work now with the new animation of stab, but before it was a very nice weapon. I liked to use it especially on siege server (R.I.P.) and stats were quite good, nothing I could complain about.
Stab: 36p(39p at +3)
nah too OP...

39p? we are looking at one-hit kill damage here. The weapon is really good as it is, except for the new thrust though. The first thing i tested was to abuse the thrust with the best thrusting 2h, didnt work well unfortunately. But old stab is very good with estoc, incredibly good in teamfights.
-
The estoc was one of the stronger 2handers, especially for teamfighting, back with the old stab. Once the stab is reverted, I'm sure it'll be quite viable again. As for the blunt vs cut change, well, everyone who cared about historical accuracy instantly pointed that out to Tydeus, and his reply was "Lel, I'm sure some of them had to be edged irl so I decided to make it so based on no historical evidence."

I mean the long morningstar has 40p swing, not sure why the estoc with 39p stab is op.

And the regular (+3) morningstar has 42p swings. Not sure what point you are trying to make, as both of these weapons are quite different from the estoc in that they are either far shorter or slower, in addition to being unbalanced. Not to mention that stabs are the best (read: most abusable) animations in the game.

Its a weapon designed purely for stabbing. There werent "a few edged ones lel" so if its going to be with those stats just rename the sword so its not called an estoc since it ISN'T AN ESTOC. It'd be a weapon purely for stabbing(you could even remove the options for side swings if needed). It'd be like fighitng the awlpike or something you just know to block down and it isn't an issue unless you fuck up

Its something in the thrust that makes it hit harder, ive been one hit killed by awlpikes and spetums for example. Maybe its only polearm thrust though.

36p? prepare your anus for agi stabbers :|

Spoiler alert: A weapon with a 36p stab already exists.

try estock in pole mode with shield, it is really strong that way
