After the several aggressive taunts by some CFA factions, Apostates have decided that CFA's actions should not go without consequences. Therefore Apostates goes war against hostile CFA factions.

1-Passive CFA factions will not be attacked, your NAP with CFA is your own concern, although defensive pacts will be considered as hostile action against Apostates.

2-This is personal war of Apostates, it does not concern EB (east block) factions although anyone who wants a piece of the cake, can have their own war with CFA.
