Suggestions Corner / Make people starting at level 20

Ok guys, it's time to take the grind out of the game: let's make people choose if they want to start as peasants or level 20 peasants. Why that? Because facing same skilled guys with 20 levels of difference is absolutly not fun, especially when the only useful thing that most peasants can do is just punching other guys with spears hoping they won't notice that the low wpf make them able to outspam you with every kind of weapon.

I know that some people like fighting against all odds, but mostly don't and I feel that the grind from 1 to around 20 is quite a job that you need to do in order to enjoy the mod, so since 0.200 is against mindless grind I suggest to fully make it with much rejoyce.

Any reasons why this could be bad (apart my failure in english)?
