and revamp the multiplier. Valor encourages players to be heroes and discourages good team-play.
Possible substitution:
Change multiplier so that when you lose, instead of resetting back to 1x you lose 2x (e.g. if you're rollin' 5x you go down to 3x). I think that could be a possible substitute that would reverse what valor does to teamplay.
Happy to hear other suggestions as to better orient this game towards team-play. Or arguments that valor doesn't discourage team-play.

I liked the idea for supplementary XP/Gold based on your total score. That way, everyone is rewarded for more even maps. I still like valour, but it should probably be reduced in effectiveness if what I had before is implemented. It also doesn't heavily punish good players who just didn't have a good round or who were successfully targeted.

It would be interesting, at the moment it sort of feels like "Oh, I lost my x5, oh well that's enough cRPG."

fighting in a group is pretty easy way to get points. its easier then just getting ganked alone. also people who are going for a valour are not interested in teamhiting anyone.
from another point - i have no idea whats going on NA. i was playing on NA time after time... well i found majority of players pretty bad and such players are usually grouping up... or just some good players(for expample Sun) are just running alone, killing about 7 players, then getting killed and all the team is being raped by the another team? well its definitely not fault of this lonely pros but of the useless team.

Average EU player is still worse than average NA due to larger playerbase, so not really sure how you're gonna argue that?

Many players are igorant to proper teamplay.
That's why they think clan stacks are a huge problem, since they don't get that teamwork actually works better than soloing around.

Yes and it's pretty easy to see it.
From my own clan experience, as Merc we are very very often crushed.
Because we rarely teamplay. (even if we are all on TS ^^) (there is a difference between teamplaying and playing together)
And when sometimes we roll on the server (something like once a month) it's mainly because a "teamspeak leader" decided to command us with an iron fist inside our anus. (@ Eh Muffin eh )

About deleting valor, i vigorously disagree on what is offered.
It's because of valor that i can continue playing full stuff. and so be usefull as much as i can for my team.
