Add item borrow for money on marketplace.

The idea was to allow people to put items on the market for a few days, week, month, whatever for a certain cost.
And allow the owner to buy it back at higher price, which would give all money back to the guy it was borrowed to + more, and some money off to the tax money drain.

Example:
I put my offer on the market that someone can try my Masterwork Long Spear for 25,000 gold for 3 days, I will automatically get the item back after 72 hours from when the trade was accepted, the guy who accepts the trade instantly gets my item for 72 hour.

If I really needed my Masterwork Long Spear back I could purchase it back for 25,000 (100%) + 6250 (25%), the guy who borrowed your item makes 25% profit. Plus another 5% goes to tax because you developers love money drain.

This way, you can borrow a few items, try them out for a period of time, without having to invest your own loompoints into them, so people can test weapons before they think about looming them.

What do you think?

Why would the guy who borrows it make profit? Makes no sense.

So people don't borrow stuff out to people, then the next day return it while it was borrowed for a month, now it won't attract people to return their items for small things.

Now it will actually hurt your pocket if you return items, either that or give it all to the tax, but I think this would be quite interesting.

Plus that, if people decide to respec to try some looms and the next day your looms you borrowed disappeared it would be quite frustrating, so you would be rewarded a bit.

With any suggestion you make the rich richer and the poor... also richer...

Or people can immensely fuck up and get poor, but that is just human decision.

This comment tops the stupidity of the idea. Well done.

My problem is that people with 25 looms can just flood the market and earn money by doing nothing. On the market with tradin there is at least some effort involved.
A guy with 3 looms prolly cant borrow it to anyone.
Sharing looms to newbs? I am all in but make it free and let's see if this community is newb-friendly or not.

People who go away for a while can send off their looms to the money making machine, but ofcourse rich people will always get richer, that is how it is in real life aswell.

I got 4 x3 items and I don't use any of them, ever since I don't play cRPG or I play with some amazing blue tunic and slap people with a practice sword, if I could send em out and make some money while making someone happy with some looms.

I think we should have a welfare system to narrow the wealth disparity gap in the cRPG community. Income tax the rich and give it to the poor!

This could fuel my cav career very nicely. 17 MWs to put on the market, only using one at the moment.

How so ?

I always have to choice to jump out of the window, or to put my house on fire. Adding yet another choice won't change anything.

The money spent could be minimal, and part of it could just be taken out of the game entirely as a new goldsink.
