No, it does not, the sizes of all three scenes are the same as the scenes "Ruins". Logs aren't present, checked on the server with 50 people.

I like the look of all three, and I think that is the first map I've seen set on a heathland. Great maps!

Hello mendosa, I'm writing regarding the scene Inch Tuth.

There's a couple of buildings with no boundaries that are constantly exploited by players on siege servers (specially EU_2) which are visible in these screenshots: http://imageshack.us/g/844/mb378.jpg/ (http://imageshack.us/g/844/mb378.jpg/)

Is there a chance for you to correct this?

And since we're at it, is there a way to make the map less "one-sided" since it's completely dominated by the attacking team spawn rate.

Thank you in advance.
Kold

Ladders are broken, probably need new entry points, removed from rotation until fixed.

You are a good mapper!  Your maps are some of my favorite, being that they are all unique and easily identifiable when they pop up in rotation.  I always enjoy a refreshing break from the monotony of village_map126.

I QMU all of them except Snow Plateau...it's basically unplayable for cavalry, since the 3rd person camera is always up in the foliage of all the trees.

Heathland is awesome.  The only suggestion I have is to barrier off the steep cliffs.  Climbing up and fighting delayers on nearly vertical cliff faces is one of my greatest pet peeves about maps...just like underwater battles, it's very unrealistic and not fun.  You could always build some wooden structure there to negate the balance effect of removing it.

That a point? On the map are the points 100, 101, and 102. It works

Ok.

Why not add to the rotation Siege of the temple?

No, the ladders do not work. They need to be replaced in their final stage, against the walls. Entry points are indeed correct, but it still does not work. Try it for yourself.

Siege of the Temple is a cool map but plays poorly, which is why it got removed a while back.

All right. Fixed.
The siege of the temple has been removed due to stairs. But now they aren't present

I have to say Commercial City looks very promising map now.   :D
Attack on a caravan looks also very revamped.

On commercial city it's possible to get stuck in one area between a wooden stair prop and a platform or a wall.

The pink lines in that screenshot indicate where.

No offense, but please make a small map for change. I like the intensity that they bring. Your map are excellently made but they are huge!

Keep in mind that this if for the new gamemode. I'm sure bigger maps work very well there (since the spawn changes).

Me and Fips are new scene managers and we have been checking the entire rotation. We have a few comments on two of your maps.

Faubourg
This one has a little spot where can jump on a roof, one team gets there first, so it is unbalanced apart from being very annoying. Now I already took the liberty to fix that by moving the rock they use to jump by about a meter. One team can reach the areas with cover and the buildings much quicker than the other team can, so I think moving the spawns so that the distance to the buildings is more equal would be good for the map. I actually already did this when I moved the rock, but I feel like that is a bit too much editing without contacting the map maker.

I am asking for your permission to implement the changes I made to your map, which is moving a rock a meter, moving the one team's spawn about 10m back and moving the other team's spawn about 10m forward. Otherwise we will remove the map from the rotation for now, until you can change the map so both teams get equal access to cover and good areas.

Attack on a Caravan
We removed this map from the rotation for now because it is a little bit unbalanced and the bridge is such a chokepoint. To be honest I liked your old version better, with the much wider wooden bridge. One team spawns close to the caravan which provides excellent cover and they have this nice climbable rock. The other team has no cover whatsoever just a few fences. To get this map re-added you would have to provide about equal good positions for each team on each side of the bridge. Perhaps making the bridge a bit wider is a good idea too, but that is up to you.

Heathland and Commercial city are great scenes, we keep those in. Me and Fips will try to be responsive to mappers, so if you find the courage to make some more maps, please do!

I think the scene team should have free reign to fix and edit maps in rotation at will.  It would make things so much easier.

Agree on preferring the v1.0 of Attack on a Caravan btw.  It was better balanced before and split the map up interestingly -- one team got the hill the other got the caravan with all the cover.
