Oh man he's stopping CNN, buzzfeed and some others from joining the press conferences now. Not entirely sure what to think of it, but they should know they are not entitled to joining him, as should all journalists. That way maybe they will stop lying so much. Either way, him speaking at rallys is a way better and more personal way to reach the people with his ideas and progresses, thats much better imo.

People going crazy over "free speech", yeah no, they are not entitled to be there, he has the right to kick them out if they are speaking a bunch of lies. But on the other side if Hillary did the same thing if she had won, then i would probably be against it more so i guess im biased. I think the information still gets out to the people, i hope it will stop the questions asked during the conferences wont be so loaded now, and not just the same ones repeated.

In a democracy, an elected person is generally expected to talk to the press and not just some of it that he/she likes.

He's using social media and YouTube in a very effective way, "banning" deceiving/lying news outlets that "corrupt" the people, is worth it. Gonna be good entertainment from it.

When people start to cut what you say and reorganize those word to fit their narrative I can say its safe not to talk to them as they will never listen and actually redistribute the real information.

I believe he still allow other presses that are straight up against him, so its not really censoring the perspective of the left (yet, potentially, something to keep an eye out for) but just removing the biggest straight up liars temporarily. I would very much enjoy this if it means more smaller new journalists get a shot at joining in.

Also apparently Obama did something similar with Fox, so its nothing new. Its just important to make sure it doesnt happen too often, or in too grand of a scale.

This is why they are now labeled "Fake News". CNN was never banned from WH press conferences, this was a invite only, off-camera briefing that they weren't invited to. Of course their website is already lambasted with highly exaggerated opinions that would make you think they were banned. That's why they weren't invited in the first place because they are a highly opinionated speculative bias news organization that is more opinion then it is news. Trump is playing them like a fiddle and constantly making them look like fools for all the unnecessary drama they are constantly causing. There's also been many occasions where certain media weren't invited to conferences and hearings under various Presidents.

US media (and news) is practically controlled by just 5 big corporations and not one of them is capable of any sort of neutrality. They are waging a war on the Trump administration and don't expect him to fight back. I think both sides are at fault but biased and fake news sure are a big issue in the US.

One thing is, there never was a "muslim ban". Temporarily stopping immigration from countries that harbor terrorist groups and radical islamists is a harsh but rational move in light of recent events. Europe would be a hell hole if not for the work of police and intelligence agencies. The refugee wave of 2015/2016 brought a lot of terrorists and muslims susceptible to islamic extremism. This wouldn't have happened if people were checked thoroughly at the borders. And that is what the Trump administration wants to do.

Donald is the real man, not modern cuck shit. He reminds me of Joseph Vissarionovich, who also had strong character and was extremely vindictive person.

Four months ago, old Ted did this (Ted Turner: From one billionaire to another, Donald, I prefer Hillary). Donald is just returning the favor. Shame he isn't communist oriented, because I hear old Ted owns half of American land which could be nationalized for the greater good

I don't think anyone can top Uncle Joe in the vindictive sociopath department. Joe was the kind of guy who would have you killed and then show up to your funeral and take a group selfie with your daughter and wife.  Imagine what he could have done with something like twitter back then though, 40+ million kill count ez.
