North American Server Banned

So i am fairly new to crpg, and let start off by saying im really enjoying this game and wish i knew about it sooner. Now to my issue i keep trying to play on NA servers and i keep getting kicked with message saying "You are Banned". I can play on all other servers just fine. Any one help me with this please??

To be unbanned you must create an unban thread or wait for the duration of the ban to end.
- Communication will likely result in a faster unban.
