Any reasoning for changing the GLB's stab to cut anyways? I don't particularly feel that this weapon is OP at all, and don't see why nerfing an already weak stab was necessary. Not to mention that model-wise, pierce makes sense, as opposed to the arabian axe, which was already pointed out. Increasing the upkeep... w.e. Everything should have increased upkeep with gold being easier to come by, but that's a separate issue.
