Unban friend

I want to ask about  friend  hes nickname  is Harnas,Harnas_The_Grey and   he  dont play this game like 4-5 years   and he was banned   i want to ask why and     if this is possible   please for unbann him    :)  ?

He is not banned. Maybe it's a problem on his side?

Uther, global/perma bans don't appear in the regular banlist.

yea maybe   cause hes perm banned but    its any chance to unban him after this time? 

as i speak with him he    told me he dont even play  like 2 month before he geta ban and he asking     just after a ban for  unban but no one  respond maybe  now     it gonna be done ? :)

A post has to be made on the thread i linked. He didn't play for 2 months but got permabanned? Did he give his account details to someone else? Answer in that thread.
