It's Strategus bullshit. I'm pretty sure FCC or one of it's allied clans item bombed us in some past version, but EU's probably aren't covered when it comes to Kesh's moral superiority act.

irl something shorted on the shuttle and laika overheated and died within a few hours of liftoff and for a brief while one could look up to the stars and see a light shooting across the sky that was actually a warm dog corpse slingshoting about the earth at thousands of miles per hour which was arguably humanity's greatest achievement so far

Cmp couldn't handle it. Apparently even though kesh was right to be angry, defiling the name of cmp was too much apparently. Far as I can tell, nothing was really done to fix this. chadz did say some things in that thread but cmp basically carpet bombed. Meh.
