exept for this : "Reduced damage values for bows and throwing weapons to maintain current effectiveness with increased levels."

i smell the big mistake, from lvl 30 to lvl 36 i never got more damage...
so every class get more powerfull at high level exept ranged ? you kidding ?

and about low lvl archers ? archer have always been one of the hardest class to level up so look like gonna worst and encourage ppl to be high level.
and what about op xbow ? who allow them to have op retarded builds with 8,9 or 10 ath, they can make crazy damage in long distance and close combat.

do you have real ranged in the balancer team ?

Why is blackbow a item advisor? He's obviously bias and wouldn't be able to make good decisions or give constructive feed back on c-rpg items.

Item advisors are about the item models, not the stats.
