By the way, is there a series that's set in medieval times, isn't over the top like hell, and doesn't have stupid superpowers like most show do,
and Katanas deflecting gunfire, cutting through walls?

Guess I'm asking for too much, and shouldn't look at animated stuff for this.

Still, if you know something similar, tell me.

PS: I can handle a certain level of monsters, magic, and powers and stuff, but it should be as less as possible.

Yeah, if you haven't seen Berserk, watch that, great anime, get past the first episode and it goes back to when the main character was younger, joins a band of mercenaries. It's definitely your best bet, that i can think of anyway, great soundtrack aswell, but please, watch it in Japanese, English does it no justice, at all... :wink:

I just finished watching Guin Saga.

I loved it but... cmon there's no second season and there's so many open plotlines ;(
