Second time I've seen someone dropping a flaming katana in NA1. It's a riot. Reminds me of playing Goldeneye on the N64; there's some deathmatch mode where one person is a VIP wth the golden gun (1 hit kill pistol), and whoever kills him becomes the VIP with the golden gun.

Watching people rush in and die as they scramble for the katana is funny every single time.

irl something shorted on the shuttle and laika overheated and died within a few hours of liftoff and for a brief while one could look up to the stars and see a light shooting across the sky that was actually a warm dog corpse slingshoting about the earth at thousands of miles per hour which was arguably humanity's greatest achievement so far

Once again I miss out on a flaming katana opportunity despite being the chosen one who can wield it properly.

edit: the sorrow and disappointment of not being able to temporarily use one on my birthday has scarred me for life.

The best part about this was how everyone went berserk over it, and ended up mass-tking only to then die themselves. I was standing next to one guy who finally got his grubby paws on it, and all he did was swing spam like a wild hurricane. I just sat back and enjoyed the show, thinking it to be a crpg interpretation of those sword dancing martial arts. Then he hit me with the end of his swing, and it simply bounced off my armor. I look at my health bar, it's still full. "Man, this shit's weak. Wait... fuck... fuck... fuck... FUUUUUCKKKKKKK!!" *Dies*
