I was planning on getting it, but I'll probably wait a couple months and get it for half off, I can't justify paying $60 for a 20 hour single player game (even though money ain't a thang)

I wasn't supposed to spend that money either, but then i rolled a joint, did this:

yes

Idk about that. You can get a decent experience from watching a stream, but the gameplay itself is amazing. I'd definitely recommend actually playing it. Definitely worth the money.

I haven't purchased a game for full price in what must be over a year now, even longer if we're talking consoles. I was really iffy about this as I tend to avoid full price games, but after seeing perfect score after perfect score from every reviewer, and the gameplay, I caved in. And I can say with full confidence it was 60$ well spent. The experience is amazing, I definitely see myself replaying the story, and the multiplayer is pretty fun, a nice unique idea behind it. And if they consistently update it I'll definitely continue playing it.  :D

It's just one of those games where regardless of the amount of time you spend on it, the experience of playing through it is just so good that it's worth the money. And the single-player is a rather good length for games these days. (15-20 hours if you explore, and it's pretty hard to resist the temptation of doing so)

Yeah the theme is really nice. Not sure if you've played it, but the intro and buildup and then when you finish the intro and it just shows "The Last of Us" and this theme starts playing, well goddamn. That has to be one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had in a video game. Definitely an experience I will look back on for years.

Have to give it up for the cutscenes in this game, the character details, namely the faces, with muscles, lip sync, movements, quite remarkable work.

good choice, paying 60€$£ for 15 hours singleplayer is a rip off .

Well most likely you'd play through it more than once, pretty damn tempting to do so, especially with new game plus. Plus there's multiplayer. Plus I really don't mind paying full price for a game if it's this well done, I do enjoy supporting the developers if they do this great of a job. Plus I know even after I'm through with it for now, it's definitely a game I'll go back and replay later on! Not to mention, 15-20 hours is actually pretty damn good length for a single player game these days.

But on the other hand I can understand where you're coming from, I generally don't ever buy anything full price, this is the first game I've bought full price in over a year, and thankfully, it was more than worth it!

EDIT: That's a lot of "plus". My apologies for the redundancy.

As far a i know there is nothing new added on playing it second time, maybe i would play it twice if there was something new added to the second play, like on metro or something.

And for the multiplayer, it will probably suck like the new Lara croft game's mp.

Unfortunately i've payed 60€ for worse things (Twisted metal, what a disapointment), I dont know why i dont want to get this game though, just not tempting. The zombie concept is getting pretty boring IMO, and i prefer having a game with multiplayer on console.
