And just like that, stakes become another useless siege item in anything outside of strat battles.
those stakes were horrible on siege, often even placed by noobs so the defenders actually couldnt defend their important zones

Dunno... But did you guys think about aditional ammo for Throwing weapons when loomed? All the other Ranged weapons do have this feature.

Like +1 and +2 --> 2 max ammo, +3 --> 3 max ammo ... This way you dont piss off the "old and dedicated".

And by rewarding a loomed axe you might as well decrease the ammount of Throwerspam ... tho i think no one is playing that class (effectively) anymore.

Edit: Talking about the HTA ofc.

I know the HTA ammo change was done to encourage throwing weapon diversity, but it will have the opposite effect; everyone will just use Jarids. Jarid and HTA were pretty well-balanced with each other before, each having a niche (HTA-short range, high ROF, medium damage, Jarid-medium range, low ROF, high damage).

I say revert the HTA changes (the damage buff too) to pre-patch values, but make regular Throwing Axes 4 per stack and Francisca 5 per stack. Then every mid-tier throwing weapon has about the same total damage per stack.

It used to be like that, and it was dumb. Picture people with 12 thowing lances.

They could choose which throwing weapons get more ammo when loomed.

Read more carefully bro! I was talking about Heavy throwing axes - as they are the only weapons that got actually nerfed - for franciskas and throwing axes it was more of a buff...

My Destrier is getting stuck after running over 1 person who is tightly packed next to another.  I don't think a 1200 lb horse should get stuck that easily by running over two 160 lb men regardless of whether or not the horse has armor.  Here are my references for horse weight.

160 pounds? These guys are pretty buff, I would say at least 200-210.

Destriers can weight up to 1700 lbs by some estimates.

Wooden Stackles spam on siege server, please either get rid of them in siege or increase the slots they use to 2+

Yes i second kinngrim, earlier this evening it was nigh unplayable due to immense stake spam on EU2.

Spending more time hacking stakes than fighting isnt fun, this is like the old ladder/Construction site spam all over again.

Just ban them from siege alltogether, no cav there anyway.

Agreed.  Cavalry isn't an issue in siege.  Deploying anti-cav stakes on a rampart/stairway/keep hall etc etc is silly.

It's 2 slot now though. You will still see it quite often, people probably also use it to troll? ;)
