Every tournament can have their rules ya, however in pub dota the only 'ability abuse' reports are wisp relocating enemies on cliffs, edges of map and then feeding courier and stuff like this so people get an abandon.

Someone looks at them. Gotten reported by 8+ people several times, nothing. Probably because of my winning personality, or maybe just because of my natural charm.

Had a pretty fun game just now, moral was pretty low and Radiant was 12 k over us when then first teamfight we managed to kill them ended. Since I had been pushing towers when my team was fighting we had a pretty easy time doing rax push, credz to Ursa for managing to throw it really hard, jump into 3 guys and bkb'd just to be ulted by Pudge, 5 sec later his teamshows up and we manage to take two rax and end the game with 23k gold advantage.

Played again today and max difference I saw was about 200... But they all played bad, at least everyone claimed everyone played shit but themselves... 
It was a weird match though, we won every team match but they easily pushed through. In the end they still had 3 t2 and 1 t1 towers...

People are not able to counter bristle back, he's usually winning the lane (in this case it was quite sad though, bristle wins vs am and bane). If he's turning his back to our team and runs, and everyone first concentrates on him, you could guess that something cannot work properly in that case. =D
And at the same time Prophet pushes another lane. But that's to be expected, anyway towers are far too weak imo. No hero should be able to kill a tower alone (no matter lvl and equip). Tower's damage/armor/hp should scale with time...^^

I did a decent job warding, throwing decent chain frosts and TP assisting. ~25 minutes and we're up two teamfights and the enemy Luna pushes down our rax and one of the two ancient towers and we're at the top T2 and not a single person has a TP...
