I like to play radarseeker against people that pick riki etc, another teammate of mine picked bounty.

We made his game a living nightmare.

Invisibility has tons of counters, although I always have to buy it for the team most of the time.
They refuse to buy it then yell why don't we have detection. Silly

a stack of dust is only 180. People need to be less greedy about it

And it has 2-3 mins cooldown, how many times per match can you use it ? And it doesn't have anywhere near the range of a blinkdagger. Fail argument, no where near comparable.



I didn't say I hate Dota, I didn't quit it and I play both LoL and Dota. I agree that starting this among hard-core Dotters was a bad idea so no, I won't start writing walls of text that you LoL haters will dispute, especially because I'm starting a Hexakill match with the lads. Maybe later. :-)

Many of us like Dota here, but dont assume we all hate LoL  I think the game is alright, but it suits a different kind of "gamer" than myself. I have friends who play both. And I'm gonna make a stereotype here that might provoke; my friends who play Dota are pretty good at many games they try, while those who play LoL are "those" kind of gamers who arent really good but play for fun.

I actually don't hate LoL, don't have a reason to hate it. It's still a good game, it wouldn't be so popular if it wasn't. The point is that I wanted to hear some real complaints about balance, since the ones that you mentioned are basically what every rookie complains and rage-posts on steam forums about until they man up and learn how to fight it. And this is the main difference between LoL and Dota - Dota is just super not casual and very unforgiving. It might seem like a balance issue to a new player, but it's definitely not.

mid worked out fine. I hit 6 went to gank a bit with ulti then just followed PA around freezing for her untill she ultra snowballed <3

The lads on our TS know the story and I don't feel like writing walls of text and starting flame wars around here, especially with morons like Xant, if you Vibe wanna hop in sometimes I'd gladly explain my opinions but trust me: I'm not saying the game is unbalanced because of these 3 concepts that I spoke of, I just find them to be retarded and irritating. Some other things bother me, come and I'll explain, even though you're Slovenian I'm sure you'll understand.

never played LoL and am a Dota noob so can someone less grumpy explain the differences ^^ also im getting annoyed playing mid vs sniper he sucks later on usually but that bash makes early mid hell esp as a slow ass lich

i dunno i couldn't catch up to him in mid keeps mini bashing me before i can get close enough then he runs past the tower . Raped him in the end and he couldn't really hurt me so it was fine just annoying as hell

Sniper is an alright mid, he's got the long range which is so stronk. No escapes which makes him easy to gank though but with wards you can avoid this most of the time. He cant really gank too good but farm mid till shadow blade and stuff and you are set for teamfights.

The main annoyance with Sniper in the lane phase is his 40 % headshot, the amount of times I've lost a lasthit because of that mini-stun. Almost never see sniper picked in games though, out of 100 games he is maybe picked 5 - 6 times.

Sniper has low hp and low damage, and even his range isn't that good on lvl 1. So if he gets instantly zoned out, there isn't much he can do. But if you play too defensively against him, it's gonna cost you.

And Osiris: Lich is kinda of an hero who instantly wins a lane for you, no matter where he is. Even you if can't get much last hits, he is still going to pull the lane to your tower while stealing the exp from the enemy. Only problem he has is against heavy pusher heroes like Pugna, who is just gonna take down your tower if you pull the lane to it.
