You're entitled to your opinion, of course, but what do you base it on? I didn't know you were familiar with the competitive scene of DotA.

most games i play are in very high, most of the time people know what they are doing , and im sure im not in the highest bracket of very high, also watch pro games from time to time, and merlinis stream. havent encountered people who are clueless there either.

Although to be fair, our definitions of "clueless" are clearly drastically different if you think you've never seen any clueless people in that bracket.
