Been decreasing as i keep playing, fortunately. As you get into higher brackets they get left behind hehehe.

As you start playing better and get more wins, you end up in higher brackets, meaning higher skill matchups. Russians, majority being shit, gets left behind in the loser brackets There are still russians in the higher brackets but they are usually cool, good players and speak english.
