At 10:53 EST I entered NA_Community, and I was greeted by two naked leechers, both taking advantage of the x1 tick and not actually fighting.

Issue will be taken care of. This is Windrunner's second offense on this server.

He was warned for leeching last week by both a community admin and an NA admin.
The STR_Amphi guy was warned twice too, if my memory is right. And warned for multiaccounting.
If not him, it was another STR guy. Both of these guys are from EU, and only come to NA servers to leech.
