Copied from http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,116878.0.html:

Solution 1
Quote
1) from command line digit netsh winsock reset

2) Restart PC

3) Start M&B warband and enjoy multiplayer!

Solution 2
Quote
1) Go to your routers setup page.

2)Uncheck both block IP flooding and block anonymous connections options

3) Start M&B Warband Multiplayer.

Solution 3
Quote
1. Launch game as usually go to the point where you get ''stuck'' (retrieving server list.. or connecting to a server)

2. wait a  few seconds than press ALT+TAB  go to start log off and switch user

3. Log back in in your account go back to game and what a surprise it WORKS

Solution 4
Quote
1) Find the RGL_config.txt in your Warband Folder and Open it.

2) Find the max_number_of_connections and change the value from 64 to 20 or so.

3) Save and Start Warband

Solution 5
Quote
1) Find the RGL_config.txt in your warband Folder and Open it.

2) Find the use_secure_connection = 1 and change it to 0.

3) If it's already 0 change it to 1

4) Save and Start Warband.

Solution 6
Quote
1) Go into Multiplayer.

2) Host your own game and start Map and spawn.

3) Quit and press start search.

If all else fails
Quote
1) Close down any apps accessing the internet.
2) Start Warband windowed and go to the MP page where you can click 'Join a server'.
3) Start Wireshark.
4) On Window 7 my wireless adaptor is listed a simply "Microsoft", so Start capture on interface: Microsoft (On XP I think it listed the adaptor type)
5) Click on Join a server.
You will see a load of coloured entries showing up on the Wireshark screen, this process normally completes in a few seconds.
6) Click Capture, Stop. File, Saveas, etc.
You could zip and attach whole log to the bug report, its not very big or look for the "GET /handlerservers.ashx?" one Daegoth requested, right-click and select 'Follow TCP Stream'.

Solution 7 - Works only for incomplete server lists

What if you want to play a Strategus Battle or some Siege, and servers 2 and 3 do not appear on your list, but you see all the others?
Refresh the server list until you see some of the servers you normally join regularly. Add them to favorites. Refresh the list over and over and over again. If more servers appear, choose the once of interest and add them to favorites. If refreshing the list does not reveal any more servers right now, but you know there are more out there, try it in some hours or another day again. As soon as you see more servers you think about joining, add them to favorites. Do this until all your favorite servers are safed under favorites.

When you are done, do not scan the internet for servers anymore, but click on the 'Internet' button. A dropdown list will open, allowing you to search in the Local Area Network or among your favorites. Always scan for your favorites from now on.

I don't know why, but the favorite list is always complete when the servers are online and you are connected to the internet, while the internet list tends to be incomplete even after refreshing it serveral times and waiting for several minutes.

Thanks to PUE for suggesting this solution.

Does anyone else see the EU servers right now? I am only seeing NA and the one CHN server... has been this way for days.
"All true warriors travel the same river of blood, if one is disgraced, all are disgraced; if one finds his death in glory, so do we all find glory.
No true warrior would allow another to suffer unjust disgrace or begrudge him the fruits of a well-earned victory."
