Friday/Saturday evening would be the best for tournament. Not fun to attend when you wake up at 6:00 am friday morning.

forgot on one rule, added nr. 12
12 - No looting of any weapons from the ground (like retaking throwing weapons from the ground, shields etc...)

Seems like the rate factions joined it should be easilly possible people can make it.
