WTF is this bullshit?

Why don't they add magic to Battlefield 3 too? And Gran Turismo? And Fifa? why don't they add fireballs to fifa?

Because the makers of those games are trying to make them realistic. Like simulators. Not some fantasy crap. There are a billion games about medieval-ish themes that have magic, go play them instead. M&B is one of the very few games that aim to make a medieval combat simulator, please don't fuck it up.

I have enough trouble running away from archers. I don't want to have to run away from bloody mages shootings bloody fire at me. Cool idea but I don't feel that magic has a place in mount and blade.
