LOL @ Ban Beer.

beer  comes on EU1 chat today and starts repeatedly making comments about my reporting WARPIGS_Immortality for deliberate Team Wounding.

Calling me a "Snitch" and saying "That my clan leader should dismiss me from WARPIGS"

To be honest, I really dont give a f*** - But this nonsense is out of order and unacceptable to me. And i think he deserves a Ban for it.

I dont know what cRPG Policy is about discussing Moderation Decisions - but beer's behaviour is ridiculous and he needs to be taught a lesson.

Closed Requests / WARPIGS_Immortality Needs Warning.

I was on EU 1. I died, and so I was observing my Clan Mate, WARPIGS_Immortality for fun.

He got team attacked accidentily by a player, maybe twice. But both team attacks on him were accidents.

Then he turns round and starts wacking the player who had accidently team hit him with his Danish Greatsword.

So... WARPIGS Immortality was blatently and deliberately team attacking in revenge for some accidental team hits.

So when I had an opportunity, I tried, in a friendly way to explain to him that revenge team attacking is unacceptable and is
a bannable offence that he should not do. Basically I was trying to give him advice, as his friend and clan mate, about the rules of cRPG.

The response I got was this: "Shut up Arqa, its none of your business" and "I know Admins, I can team attack if I want to" or words to that effect.

I have been told by Admins on many occasions that deliberate Team Attacking for any reason is completely unacceptable. And those are the rules of cRPG.

I would be grateful if an Admin could clarify these rules for WARPIGS_Immortality, as he believes for some reason that these rules do not apply to him.

Game Balance Discussion / Head Shots Need to Be Re-Balanced.

Head Shots from ranged weapons need to be looked at and rebalanced.

I am not an expert on this but this is my experience.

My character with 30 Strength and 10 Iron Flesh and a Great Helmet (53 Head Armour) routinely gets 1 Shot Killed by ranged weapon shots to the head.

Yet, a 8-10 Power Strike melee combatant with a Great Long Axe who wacks me directly to the head will on average only take 50% of my health.

This is wrong, and unbalanced and needs to be changed.

I am not against Head Shots, and dont think they need to be removed. But they need to take serious account of the Head Armour Value of the person helmet, which at present I do not believe they are doing. Because at the moment it seems that Range Weapon shots to the head completely ignore head armour and this wrong.

My suggestions is that the Head Armour value of the Helmet should give a Percentage Chance to completely negate the head shot. For example a Great Helmet would give a 53% chance to negate incoming head shots from range weapons, and the attack would deal damage normally, as any other weapon attack to the head.

What are other peoples ideas / feelings about this matter?

I just see Head shots happening far far too frequently on people wearing the heaviest helmets. They should be a fairly rare "Lucky shot" and head armour should give a chance to survive them.

Also could any Dev give me a detailed description of how head shots damage is calculated, and whether or not Head Armour does actually make any difference to them at all?

I would like to purchase some Thick Khergit Elite Armour. I am willing to pay 400,000 Gold Pieces + the base price of Khergit Elite Armour of 17,304 Gold Pieces.

So I am willing to pay around 420,000 Gold Pieces for (+1) Thick Khergit Elite Armour.

Alternatively I would like to buy a Heirloom Point to upgrade a set of Khergit Elite Armour to +1. But its the same thing really.

I posted a Ban request for CptCumFace, yesterday Thursday May the 5th 2011, but the thread was closed and no action taken, as the moderator said no evidence of CptCumFace was provided.

So this morning Friday May 6th 2011, CptCumFace was online again.

Without any provocation he began insulting me in party chat. Screenshots attached of his abusive writing in chat.

In response to another player saying he was immature (not me - I dont speak to him) he replied:

I was not able to get any screenshots of him TKing this morning because he was not doing it. He has got wind of the fact that people want him banned, and so he was not TKing tonight. But he was kicking people. And whether or not he was TKing this morning, he was TKing Thursday morning, and seriously disrupted mine and many other players play and this should not be allowed to continue.

It doesnt take a genius to work out that with a name like CptCumFace he is obviously a wierdo and everyone knows perfectly well that he is a griefer and an abnoxious sicko, and no-one likes him and many people would like to see him banned. I would very much appreciate it if the cRPG admins would take action to prevent him from disrupting other peoples enjoyment of CRPG. Thank you.

On the morning of Thursday May 5th 2011 - the player CptCumface began attacking hist team mate Warpigs_Superbeast's horse. Superbeast complained and then attacked and killed CptCumFace.

CptCumface didnt get the message and kept on attacking Warpigs_Superbeast. So I and a few others including SoA_Protector_Hunter helped Warpigs_Superbeast kill CptCumFace on repeated rounds, because he was contining to attack his team mates.

Then CptCumFace became extremely abusive in chat and accusing us all of started the TKing, when it was obviously and blatently him who started it. His abusive language included such things as saying we all "suck our fathers ****" etc etc.

Warpigs_Superbeast and others logged for the night but i continued to play. CptCumFace continued to throw axes at my back at the start of the round, and then turned on me in the middle of a fight against the opposing team to hack me with his sword. 

This dude is a complete sicko, a TKer and a nuisance. Please ban him permanently. Thank you.
