I was really sad to realise that I couldn't go as I had plans that would last from 11:00 til like 6:30 pm - However, from all accounts the game seems to be pretty damn good, I'm looking here for some feedback on some things:

• How is the combat system looking? To me it seemed really clunky, however from Leo's account he said that it's not that bad, just needs a bit of tweaking.
• What's the general feel for the game? Do you think it has large potential, do you think it was shit? What's your opinion?
• Is the game worth buying, does the game have bang for it's buck? Is putting money into this game worthwhile for a person who's played C-RPG and wants to continue playing something like it after C-RPG finally falls into it's resting place

3. Why you think you deserve to be unbanned ahead of time. I don't actually know what I was banned for, I'm not really looking for an unban, just seeing what I was banned for, I know that me and some other Grey had a dispute which led to him teamhitting me multiple times and me hitting him back, then the next round he teamkilled me and I was banned for it.

For more clarification, I was standing on a ladder and the Grey guy teamhit me so I decided to annoy him for doing it by standing on the ladder, in short, we both teamhit each other, then the round I stood on the ladder some more because the first time there was no need for him to get pissy and teamhit me which lead to me being teamhit by about 5 different people (Not going to bother mentioning names cos I really don't give a shit) but then he teamkilled me (again I don't really care) but I was banned for it, just thought it was a bit strange that I got banned when I was the side that got TK'd xD

Not really worried about the overall ban, maybe a kick/warning was more necessary but whatever, what's done is done, just looking for a reason because I'm curious :p

HDD recently failed (Mechanical failure) and I was lucky to get the data I wanted off of it before it met it's death (after spending a day or two trying different fixes like a disk clone)

HOWEVER NOW I CAN'T PLAY C-RPG BECAUSE THERE AREN'T ANY MIRRORS LEFT TO DOWNLOAD GOD DAMNIT.

DEVS, HEAR MY CALL, HEAR MY PLEA. FIX YOUR SHIT I NEED TO GO SPAM MORE "[Q] Help!'s and Defend the flag [C]arrier!'s.

i take #1 priority because i am krems therefore i am immediately better than everyone else.

IF SO YOU HAVE COME TO THE POTENTIAL SOLUTION TO YOUR HIGH PING OF DEATH
STEP 1: GO FIND YOUR ROUTER
STEP 2: UNPLUG THE BLACK CABLE THAT POWERS IT, IF YOU CAN'T FIGURE SHIT OUT, TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DAMN THING AND UNPLUG EVERYTHING (picture is so you know where to put the plugs back)
STEP 3: WAIT 10 SECONDS, I DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT FUCKING DOES ANYTHING JUST DO IT
STEP 4: PLUG THE SHIT BACK IN AND WAIT FOR YOUR INTERNET TO BE BACK

AND THERE YOU HAVE IT, YOUR SHITTY PING IS FIXED, PRAISE BE TO YELDUR

Beginner's Help and Guides / Hoplite

I've been playing Hoplite for a while now through Kanker, but I'm wondering whether the build path I'm using is correct, I'm currently using this guide as a basis and adding the extra 5 levels on to whatever I feel is relevant, however, 2012 is four years ago, and I'm wondering whether the guide is even relevant anymore (In terms of builds, not information)

I can't really confirm or not whether the builds are good as I'm not that skilled in building hoplite as I've never really played them, any experiencing hoplites mind seeing of this guide is still useful in terms of builds?

Also what happened before and after.: Went to do a shieldbump at the start of the round and it just happened that Guard was next to me, as usual he responds in his usual ignorant way of teamhitting instead of just reporting and moving on, has been banned before for this exact thing, he clearly hasn't learned, needs another punishment to fix that.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*: Because he's a mad moron who can't grasp the simple concept of adhering to the in game rules.

3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: 9:00pm ish on the siege server for EU.
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: Time and time again this angry guy teamkills you if you teamhit him or do anything even slightly near him (Punch, nudge) anything you do will result in him shooting you for the next 3 rounds, he clearly has something wrong with him. He's been warned for it countless times before by admins in game and I honestly have no idea how he isn't perm banned, it's alright that he doesn't want to mess around with other people BUT teamkilling them for the next 3 rounds and onto the next bloody map of all places is ridiculous, there's a limit to it.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: No idea, he's mad, that's all I know.

General Discussion / HELP! Launcher issue!

Whenever I launch up the game it crashes with this crash error, I've tried repairing the launcher but it does nothing to fix this, can anyone help me out?
I do use WSE2, could that be the cause?

GeeeeSpot was mad because we were Krems so he decided in a fit of crying like a baby to teamkill, we fought back and rekt the evil force of barabe losers that tried to tk but ended up getting utterly destroyed, then for a second round they murdered my love Frauke, GeeeeeSpot did it! So I now report her for murdering my one true love.

No but seriously, just because Krems do things different does not give her/him a reason to deliberately kill her/his teammates, no matter the circumstance. S/he should be punished for this mass rule break with her friends.

Game Balance Discussion / Throwing Lances

Just an inquiry as to why Throwing Lances haven't been nerfed yet, I'm astounded they haven't been yet, they really do need it.

Every fight I've been in with every build I lose against them, they do ridiculous damage, they're insanely fast and they can be thrown at you for almost double that damage, I'm surprised they even exist in C-RPG to begin with, but they do, so they need to be balanced properly, and not left broken beyond all saving.

I'm talking in terms of the MELEE aspect of the Throwing Lance, not the damage from it being thrown, they're throwing a fucking lance at you, so it's completely understandable it does a bunch of damage.

The lag is getting really annoying now.
The majority of the people I spoke to have exactly the same problems as I, please fix this annoying problem.
