yes I already tried repair
hm yes I dont know on my other pc I play with the non steam warband version as well and I had no problems under windows 8 :/

I already tried both
maybe it has something to do that im using the non steam version warband?
Also at the start I had to Put the warband exe to
Documents/Mount and Blade/
Because otherwise I wouldnt be able to press "play crpg"

I downloaded the crpg launcher and when I try to start it it says:
