You can't capture a village alone since you're not able capture all flags. If he had hired some mercs, captured all flags so the defenders were not able to pick up them, just running around, then it could be called delaying but it's not the case.

Besides duping (if it's the case), this Krems guy was getting fun by attacking us in the morning many times, even announcing those shitty attacks in a separate tread asking for merk support http://forum.melee.org/mercenary-recruitment/kill-the-mall/msg1212399/#msg1212399
Btw, just took a look at the raids you provided and most of them were made in a crappy time. Thank you for your investigation Odysseus, it's a really interesting info, we were wondering why is this guy acting like a jerk. Now it's clear, this Krems was just trying to dupe things by using attacks in such a fucked up time hoping that we will not be able to come to those battles.
