Game Balance Discussion / Autobalance or "Peasants versus Knights"

I experienced something strange today. On a battle-server with 120 players the autobalance created nearly the same teams every map. It was always a fight of randoms against organized clans in plate armor. 70 vs 50 sounds unfair, and it is indeed. The 70 peasants (and a little above ;) ) got slaughtered every fucking round. It was not funny anymore, except for the plated warriors who got awesome killboard-stats.

Please, fix that
