Need rebalance and replace as is the case with the old Military Hammer.
They are similar in price and performance counterparts because of what is not popular.
For example: One Handed Battle Axe replaced by cavalry axe (long). Military Pick is replaced by long version.

Plate Covered Round Shield -> slots 2 (its best shield in 1slot, has no analogue)
Heavy Heater Shield -> Slots 1 (to replace the role of Plate Covered)
Heavy Kite Shield -> Slots 1
Board Shield -> Slots 2
Fur Covered Shield -> Slots 1
Norman Shields -> Slots 1
May lower the price bucklers.
Maybe upgrade specifics Board shields.
Basic idea - to make the Heavy heater, Heavy kite and Heavy Round Shield basic Shields.
